I guesss he can be a distraction and likes the spotlight on him. Though if the spotlight is on him atleast it means no Bengals are being arrested. Marvin Lewis has gotten a free pass for doing a pretty average job with that team. I find it ironic that the offensive genius that was Brian Billick with Minnesota could never produce an offense worthwhile with the Ravens and the defensive genius that Lewis was can't put together a defense worthwhile.

Chad's having fun and playing hurt. It's an injury he can play through but he'll pop his arm out of place just because that's the nature of a torn labrum. If Chad shutup and never said anything I think most fans would have alot more respect for him.

They lose every meaningful game to the Steelers and Ravens and have over the last half decade or so. Since they've been respectable and been regarded as a possible playoff threat.

Chad Johnson is just a clown, a distraction, a baby, and an annoyance.....

They've been average at best most of those seasons. I think that bad drafting has been more at fault for the Bengals not being a better team. Say what you want but he's one of the premier WR's in the league. Plus I don't believe the Bengals can complain about distractions the past few seasons considering we've read more about other players on the team in the police blotter than on the field.
