i read it was done legally... he was waiting for the appers t oclear through and it did... so the NFL basically has to do it.

Why all the hostility towards Ocho? He's only doing it for a laugh and if he earns himself a few extra $'s doing it then the power to him.

He's not funny, he's just an idiot who never shows up in the big games for the Bengals. He talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk. "Who can stop 85?" well the Browns can't, but the Steelers and Ravens can and always have. Thats why the Bengals will never win the division again.

Chad is friggin hilarious. The guy is pure entertainment. So maybe some of the stuff he does is stupid but hes entertainment. They really are turning the NFL into the No Fun League, its good there are still guys like Chad to cater to the fans. I cant wait to see what he does this season.

Whats wrong with what he is doing though? You may not like it, no-one said you have to but at least he is not going out a beating the hell out of someone, taking drugs/steroids or getting arrested for possesion of a firearm.

I agree 100%. Chad Ocho Cinco is going to make a killing off of this. The only thing i don't like is that it sounds stupid because he's not saying 85 he's saying 8-5. I guess it dosen't have the same ring to it if you say Ochenta y Cinco, but i guess you can't win em all.

How many big games have the Bengals played in? I guess we can go back to the playoff game a few years ago but losing Carson Palmer killed any chance of winning that game.

I guesss he can be a distraction and likes the spotlight on him. Though if the spotlight is on him atleast it means no Bengals are being arrested. Marvin Lewis has gotten a free pass for doing a pretty average job with that team. I find it ironic that the offensive genius that was Brian Billick with Minnesota could never produce an offense worthwhile with the Ravens and the defensive genius that Lewis was can't put together a defense worthwhile.

Chad's having fun and playing hurt. It's an injury he can play through but he'll pop his arm out of place just because that's the nature of a torn labrum. If Chad shutup and never said anything I think most fans would have alot more respect for him.
