Oh Daunte...

Quote:
Madden NFL cover boy Daunte Culpepper has established a new Guinness World Record for "Highest Score in the Two-Minute Drill on Madden NFL 2002" with a staggering 14,500 points.

If only you dedicated that much time to rehabbing and training maybe you would still have a job. I know news can get kinda slow during the off-season and I thought some of you might get a kick out of this.

There were alot of qb's that played much worse than him last year including three on our roster. I truly dont understand the real hate towards Culpepper. He could have taken the backup job in Green bay but rejected that offer. He was the starting qb in three of the teams 4 wins last year, not that bad out of 7. This is not an endorsement of Culpepper but it just seems people cannot stop bashing him for no good reason.

I was going to say this thread should have began with Daunte's birth name, "Dumbte".

The real reason he doesn't yet have a job is because he's got an fool for an agent...

I'd rather have this guy at QB instead of Culpepper.

I agree. Sometimes people just decide to see only the bad in certain players. That's the only explanation I have come up with.

I'll tell you what i didn't hate Dante for not being the savior of Miami. I didn't hate Dante for the way he was treated by Cam and what not, i DO however hate Dante for pulling that gay little "my knee is hurt" taunt than putting his finger up like it was all good. That **** is just one of many bad memories of the nightmare that was last season.
