Plaxico Burress?

I was listening to Sirius radio this morning and they were talking about the Giants. When asked about several players returning next season they mentioned that Burress "will probably be in Miami". Now, I initially thought vacation during the offseason but then they mentioned that the other players in question would probably return. Did anyone else hear this, or any info about it? It was around 7:30am. I'm not speculating, just curious if anyone knows what they're talking about.

I heard the same thing..
The conversation was about which players would stay and train with Eli in NY during the offseason. They were talking about Burriss (And actually Shockey)spending time and training in Miami during the offseason, not actually be traded to miami. So there is no speculation about Burris to Miami

Thanks for the clarification. I appreciate it. I know that alot of UM alumni go back down and train in Miami, but didn't know about players not affiliated with the Canes....thanks again

Burress is under contract and not coming to Miami. "Hey Plaxico, you just won the SB, what are you going to do? I'm going to 1-15 Miami with no QB, o-line and a hurt RB!"

Did you actually READ my post? I made absolutely no insinuations, I was trying to get clarification on what I heard, hope that wasn't too hard to understand

I've never been a Shockey fan....tends to run his mouth a little more than focusing on the football. I think Fred Davis, TE, USC is the guy we want to replace McMike.

By the way regarding Burress, reports from the Giant locker room were he was hurt way more than people knew, he could,'t even get his socks and shoes on after the game between his ankle, knee and shoulder.
