Player equipment (Brett Favre shoulder pads)Has anyone else noticed that Favre is still wearing his Packers shoulder pads. When you look at him from the side, you can see the gold padding on the pads. They are a Douglas model. The pads he wore when he broke the all-time TD record are in the HOF. I just think it's odd he didn't get new pads (in NYJ colors) when he went to the Jets.
Also, Brady Quinn is now wearing a Schutt helmet instead of the Riddell Revolution. Eli Manning made this same switch a couple years ago.
