Yep, looks like many sportscasters who were slamming Vick should offer him an apology....lots of people were saying this is "the end of Vick in Atlanta."

It's just plain silly for marijuana to be illegal, IMO but it is and the fact that he had a secret compartment is very suspicious.

Just because they couldn't find a drug doesn't mean there wasn't one. I am sure that the testing equipment is set to detect a certain concentration of THC and that if it falls below that amount, it will return as a finding of no drugs.

I put some thought into it and came to a conclusion that maybe he was testing a newly home made smuggling device to see if it worked?...Obviously it failed but by not having pot he gets in no trouble....kinda smart but i wished he would have had 30 pounds of cocaine on him....

Yes that is correct, but this isnt a matter of him going to court, this is a matter of him being a public figure, and once again being in the spotlight for something that makes him and his team look bad, that why I said public opinion matters. And you can be a Vick apologist all you he at one point in time had something in there or he wouldn't have been so hesitant to hand it over, and besides, who has secret compartment in there water bottles? Who does that?

How am I being a Vick apologist? Im in no way saying that he never had drugs in it, I am saying you can not convict someone merely because at one point they might have had something in a secret compartment and you can not even prove that something was illegal. I am saying the mob mentality and mob rule is very dangerous, and I believe the mob rule is reflecting through this story. Every media agency jumped on it implying he was caught with marijuana and now everyone believes him to be a pothead. Is he? Maybe. Do you or I know for sure, no. Besides the guy who said I can tell you for a fact, all you have is a couple of accounts and suspicious action.

That and the fact that the whole entire thing has been completely covered up. I dont think he's a "pothead", but he did act suspicious, and even you have to admit that the whole situation is not kosher.
