Poll: Roy Williams trade?

So the Cowgirls gave up a 1st 3rd and 6th for Williams. This is quite a bit for a one player....the Lions basically got back their 1st and got 2 more picks...thats a whole lot, BUT i ask this ....is the 3 picks worth it if they win the SB?? Esentially Jerry Jones made this trade under the assumption that this would take them over the hump and shoot them into the SB this year...

SO I ask was this trade worth it if it gets them a ring this year at the price of 3 draft picks???

I really wanted to vote maybe. The cowboys are great team and this makes them that much better. Roy Williams is going to be a huge addition and an impact player for years and years. It is going to be interesting to see with two big name receivers what is going to happen.

This could be great for the cowboys, but it would have been devastating if the phins would have made the same deal.

If they win a SB, its worth it. If they don't its not and it hurts them for years to come.

The move doesn't make sense to me. Roy Williams is a big name and will be TO's eventual replacement. Though with Owens already complaining about touches this isn't going to help. I don't believe the Cowboys lack offensive weapons. Their secondary right now is a mess without Jones and Newman. Romo was getting hit left and right vs the Cards. Brad Johnson is a statue and they've gotta stay afloat with him at Qb.

If they win the SB, every decision they have made was worth it.

That said, I think R. Williams can become a dominant #1 WR IF he learns to grow up and plays up to his potential. He just seems to not try. He was on a bad team that wasnt going anywhere, and Dallas is definatly not that. He could prove to be worth the price, even if they dont win the SB, if he developes into the probowler he can be.
