Pro Football Hall of Fame announcement

Coming up at 4:30 EST today.....Living in Colorado, I hope that Randy Gradishar gets in for the Broncos....Elway is still the only Bronco in the Hall of Fame and I think they have been slighted. I have met Gradishar a few times and he seems like a great guy...I think he went to 7 Pro Bowls, but he never really got the recognition he deserved. I worry Zach Thomas might also get slighted, but I think Zach was a little better than Randy and he is still playing.

Well the list is out. I think this was Gradishar's last year of eligibility too. You would think Bronco land is happy about Zimmerman but they'll just whine and cry about not having more players in the HOF.

Yep, Zimmerman is only the 2nd Bronco in the Hall after Elway. Some people say it is because the Broncos play in the middle of the country and don't get that much attention, but I think they have had a lot of very good players, but there just have not been a lot of great players who I would say are Hall of Famers...I am sure Shannon Sharpe will get a look in a few years, and possibly Terrell Davis whose career was cut short. One guy who I think was clearly overlooked was Floyd Little, who was one of the best RB's in his days.
