The highest paid Wide Receivers are Randy Moss and Terrell Owens. Highest on a yearly basis is Reggie Wayne at 15 million. I got that information from Yahoo.

""Pro Football Talk reports that Smith's contract now puts him among the five highest-paid receivers in the league, along with Marvin Harrison, Terrell Owens, Javon Walker and Deion Branch."
That is when Smith signed his contract last year in May. May 8th, 2007 to be exact. Lol this is ridiculous, your choice of the list. |

Berrian = Not even a top 10 WR. No way I would ever pay the guy THAT much money.

Cool, thanks for the responses. I agree about him not being a top 10 receiver, but i guess i am not the guy cutting the checks.

WR is always a dicey position to give away big money to. There have been a TON of one-hit wonders at that postion over the last 10 years. Its dangerous giving a guy like Berrian that much when he hasn't established himself as an elite WO yet.
Every year in FA theres at least 2 or 3 guys who make way above what they deserve.
