Rex GrossmanDoes anyone think Rex could make it with a different NFL team? I personally think maybe if he did come to Miami he might play better becuase it is much better weather here unlike in Chicago. The ball wold be drier and QB's usually always play better in the warm weather. Thoughts?
NOTE- I'm not saying we should necessarily get Rex just pondering the thought of if we did, dont chew me out.

Took a team to a Super Bowl.
I would roll the dice on him. He isn't as bad as the media makes him out to be

I agree. He is a risk taker but you never know. He was good in Florida iin the warm weather. I think some team will pick him up if he is cut.

That defense and the running game took a team to the super bowl, not Grossman. Is he the worst QB ever? No. Is he someone Id bet my team on? Not a chance in hell. Id take him at most for a backup spot.

Rex makes one good deep throw, then 2 horrible throws.
He's basically like Brett Favre with his mentality, except he's a lot worse.

i would probly give him a Chance because we have WR that can go deep like Ginn and if we pick up berrian from the Bears we would have two really fast WR that he could thrown deep to but i just think he is way to inconstint

Grossman reminds me a lot of Jake Plummer when he was with the Broncos....he can make some really nice throws and it looks like he is leading the team to a win, and then he makes some horrible throws and the wheels fall off. I think Rex is probably too traumatized and damaged to really help a team, so I think he is not someone we would look at. I think if we are going to look at a young QB who has a promising future I would go after Derek Anderson of the Browns.

Grossman is not a solid starter in the NFL. He needed a tutor in home ec. in high school for gods sake!He doesn't have the brains. He's a gun slinger. In the NFL gun slingers dont survive.

Grossman might be worth signing as a tackling dummy.
