I for one am overly excited about this. IMO, this is what should happen if you get arrested. Most places in "the real world" fire you if you get arrested, the sports world should be no different.

How long until somone posts a thread that we should pick him up? And the first poster on the thread points out that Parcells said we will have no thugs on the team?

Yes he shoud have been released. Just like Randy McMichael should have been released...

By law you can not be termanated by an employer if you are arested as long as you were not arrested at work.

Sorry man... that is incorrect... many states are "at will" states which means you can be fired for ANYTHING aside from discrimination and there is not a shred chances in hell the employee can do about it. Your boss could fire you because he didnt like your shoes if he wants to

unless you were unable to perform your job i don't see why someone should lose there job over a misdemeanor offense. what you do in your own time should be no one's business but your own.
