Steve Smith has some serious anger management issues. Not only does he have this penchant for beating up teammates, but it's so easy to get under his skin during a game and goad him into costly personal foul penalties at inopportune times.

Heard on WQAM this afternoon that Lucas and Smith have had a running feud for about 3 seasons now. Very likely Lucas said something that set Smith off.

After the way he smoke the Dolphins secondary a couple of years ago I would love to have him but I thought he had his heart set on playing in Carolina and I can't imagine them getting rid of him. Not cheap anyway

i read it somewhere else too that smith and lucas have been jawing at each other since lucas signed with the panthers in 2005..

I'd consider trading next year's 1st rounder for him. Steve Smith is awesome.

Pretty sabd when we think that others peoples garbage will make out team better. Not that Smith isn't a very talented receiver. But when I see his comments on the sideline, when I see his gloating 'I just made a play" antics.. and NFL Network highlights.. I think to myself.. great receiver.. no class.
