The point is, there are lawsuits, that is plural, one of them from Alan Keyes (someone Obama screwed on his way up), the last one was thrown out because of the persons STANDING, not that the lawsuit was baseless.

Do not say I or "we" are grasping at straws, I have nothing to do with these lawsuits, they are there, we will find out soon enough if they are baseless.

Are you referring to something other than beating him in 2004? Because I wouldn't call that "screwing him". An ultra conservative from another state trying to win a Senate seat in a blue state? They nominated him just to have someone running.

Actually Wayward, I have to appologize, I must have confused him with Ryan, or the guys he had disqualified, honestly, I do not know how I messed that one up, he beat Keyes fair, and square.

Supreme Court Won't Review Charge That Obama Ineligible To Be President Because He Is Not A "Natural Born Citizen

WASHINGTON, Dec. 8, 2008

(CBS/AP) The Supreme Court has turned down an emergency appeal from a man who says President-elect Barack Obama is ineligible to be U.S. president because he was a British subject at birth.

The court did not comment on its order Monday rejecting the call by Leo Donofrio to intervene in the presidential election.

Donofrio also contends that two other candidates, Republican John McCain and Socialist Workers candidate Roger Calero, also are not natural-born citizens and thus ineligible to be president.

Wow, I need to check my papers before Donofrio comes after me.
