Senior Bowl of Bowl Games?

This is just a question to everyone

Which do you think is a better way to judge players and scout them, watching the senior bowl or watching them play in a bowl game vs a quality opponent?

I think a lot of experts would say the senior bowl and they are probally right, but the one thing I dont think you get in the senior bowl is players stepping up in the clutch, maybe the game doesnt mean as much to them you know? And please dont say they are playing for their draft spot in the senior bowl, because yes that may motivate but I doubt its the same as going out for a national championship or a win in the fiesta bowl and so on

I just want some opinions
