Yes, rodriguez really sucks that bad
as a died hard True Blue Michigan Man, it hurts beyond words to see the team in such disarray under this wrong-hire head coach the only reason this will not be remembered as our first 8 loss season ever is that on Saturday we will lose our ninth game of the season

I don't think Rich Rod was the right hire for Michigan. With the personnel Rich Rod inherited the 2008 season was headed for disaster. If Rich ran a traditional pro-style offense he could've had a better year, but he wasn't going get much out of the spread offense with the current personnel he had. Maybe when he gets his kids in it'll be different, but until the remainder of Carr recruits exit out the door Michigan will still struggle.

As much as some won't admit it, there is stuff to build around. I have not turned on Rod yet, and I won't for another year or 2 because I see things that makes me eager. I just can't see Michigan winning with either of the QBs we've used this year.

Carr left a 9-4 team that beat Florida and the 2008 squad coached decently should have had 7-9 wins, maybe 10.
Being old enough to remember Michigan's 7 loss season of 1962, there is no doubt that Rodriguez is the worst coach Michigan has ever had. The numbers tell the story. What I have seen on the field tells the story. The word out of Ann Arbor tells the story. Under Bo, Mo and Carr: those who stay will be champions under Rodriguez: those who stay will be the first 8 loss and 9 loss team in Michigan history.

Plus, RichRod is playing basically all freshman on offense. I don't think theres another team in the country that has played as many freshman on offense and in general as Michigan. All the QBs (which are horrible anyway) really have no experience, and are not spread offense QBs at all. Besides Feagin, who they had at WR in practices until injuries forced him in to lose his red shirt and play some QB, nobody else is currently capable of running the offense.
I'm willing to give him 2 more years, and get some of his guys in here. Hes trying to change a system thats been the same for a 120 years, it's not going to happen in one season.

Doesn't help that Minor,Brown,Hemmingway, Clemons and Mathews have all been hurt so we've played guys that were supposed to be redshirting (Michael Shaw and Montavious Odoms who is raw as hell) and the 2 freshmen we were count on the most for offense and defense (Terrence Robinson and Brandon Smith) had to redshirt due to injury. A lot of the struggles early were inexperience, now it's just bad QB play. Watch any of the games outside of Minny and tell me we had even average QB play for a whole game. Fact is that we have two kids at QB who should not be starting QBs at Michigan playing. Our leading WR ias a 5'8 freshmen who doesn't know how to run routes, and our best offensive linemen was a DT before the season started.
