Sure does look like you were duped on this. Dolphin jerseys and signatures look nothing alike.I think ebay could pull his account off. Hope that you can get this straightened out soon. Good luck!!

If that is how he actually writes a letter to a customer then you will have problems in getting your money back......

If I ever wrote a customer with misspellings, poor grammar and at times jibberish, I would never have an off-site catering again...

Best advice I can give you is for you to try the exchange but at the same time you could lose that jersey too...

If this was purchased with a credit card you may be able to contact the credit card company for assistance. I had a problem with an autographed mini helmet that I ordered but it never was shipped to me. VISA reclaimed my money from the vendor and credited it to my account.

Never every buy sports merchandise off EBay. Ebay is notorious for scams and it's been pegged in research that 85% of all sports memorobillia on Ebay is FAKE.

If you bought it with a credit card, say you never received the item. Then get you're money back. It's worked with me when I ordered a case to put the football in.

dude that is BS... i have an autographed football i got from dan at a charity auction and the signature on my ball looks NOTHING like the one on your jersey.... and i watched Dan sign the ball.

That guy is yanking you around... leave him negative feedback, report it to ebay, then pursue the mail fraud/internet fraud angle.... expensive collectible items, especially fraudulent-signed items are a serious internet crime now.

Damn, man...that sucks. It's a shame that your mother went out of her way to do something great for you, and got ripped off. My father has a picture and football helmet signed by Marino, and both are pretty much identical. They look nothing like your jersey, and the same goes for the ones at stores. You have to report that ***hole ASAP.

Btw- Does that jersey have a "Mitchell & Ness" tag on it? The jersey looks like the fake ones that people in the streets sell for $20. Most of the fake throwbacks have the Mitchell & Ness tag on them, but still can be fake. I hope your mother gets her money back, cause that's not cool at all. You have to be a real low-life ****head to do this to people on Christmas.
