Here is some things you can work on if he is not going to get your real jersey back or work on a solution. Like i said this is mail fraud!!!!! Once he realizes that you are serious about this it will change his tune. But try to work it out with him first before any threats of legal action.

ya know what, maybe your negative fedback won't have an effect but, if all 7000 members of this website flood his e-mail telling him that we will never buy anything from him and we will make sure that everyone we know doesn't buy anything from him, he might then feel a little more inclined to solve this problem.

Here's a copy of what I just sent him....

It has come to my attention that a fellow Dolphin fan has recently purchased an alleged authentic Dan Marino autographed jersy from you.

I say alleged, because being an owner of an authentic Marino autograph It is obvious to me that the one you sold my friend is not only a fake but, it is a very poor fake.

Knowing that you'll say that the signatures may vary, I also have seen well over 30 other signatures, to further compare to the one you claim is real and not one single signature looks anything like the one you sold to my friend.

I am also associated with an internet website devoted to the Miami Dolphins which has 7000 members, many of which have also agreed that the signature on the jersey you sold is indeed a fake.

I for one will not buy anything from you on e-bay (yes I do have an active account) and I will make sure that no one I come in contact with, ever buys anything from you either, unless you make this situation right.

If they advertised original signature on the product you bought, and it's not, you can make them send you the real deal or take them to court.

Thanks guys, again you have been great and I really appreciate everything you guys are doing. I just know how upset my mom is over all this. She surprised me with the best possible gift any dolphins fan or for that matter any football fan could ever want. My main concern in all of this is that she gets her money back in full.

It has come to my attention that a fellow Fins Fan made a purchase of a alleged signed Marino Jersey from you through ebay. We understand that every signature cannot be exactly the same, but he signed jersey he recieved was not even close. The several Marino signatures that I own are severly far apart in comparison.

I do not, in anyway, want to question you on how you run your business, but that jersey is not authentic. We want to believe that it was a simple mistake and that you did not intentionally sell a fake jersey. Please allow the purchaser to obtain his money back or replace the jersey with an authentic one.
