Who Plays Ncaa 04 Online For Ps2?

I wanted to add all my finheaven friends to my EA Messanger list so we could get some games going. I play w/ one rule though, no UM or OSU! THose two are so much better than everyone else that I could play the best game possible with my #5 Kansas State and still not stand a chance against them. Their d-lineman run as fast as my WR's do. How do you play online, I do not have Madden 2004 yet BUt I am getting it for PS2 and I want to go online with it, but I don't know how it works. Brcken you are a smart guy can you explain it to me? I know it has to do with money but how much and how?


Also BTW you should be allowed to play with UM or OSU, if you're good you're good, if you're not, you're not. A quote stolen from my dad.

Breckinridge, i dont see how you can have a problem with Miami or OSU, if you are playing with K state. As far as i have seen online, the cheesiest people play with K state cuz their QB and Rb are fast as hell. There about 15 teams that can comptete with eachother, and then there is a big dropoff.

im 7-0 online, only problem is my freakin roommate is 2-3 draggin me down. i usually do use the Buckeyes because thats where I live, but i can be other teams. if u are awesome at option Va Tech, Kansas St, and Texas are GREAT teams to be. user name here is LOCOH. might or might not be me on though. ask if its unclemonty if you have headset. i beat #4 ranked player who was 6-0 , 33-7 he was oklahoma i was OSU. K-State's option doesn't work against teams like Miami where the LBs are just as fast as the QB and RB. You guys need to see it to believe it, Miami is just too good. I beat a guy the other night with Miami 31-0 at half and then he left with Miami in the only game I ever used them. So, from now on if someone uses Miami against me, I choose them as well.

Prime Time. First, you probably shouldn't really bother if you have a dial-up connection because from what I can tell every game will just be laggy as hell. What you need to do is buy a Network Adaptor firsT (they come in all new PS2's now but I'm not sure what the price is seperately, around 20-40 bucks I assume). Then, you probably will want a router (if you don't aleady have one) or else no one can ever be online on the computers in your house while you are online with the PS2. Routers are fairly expensive so don't get one unless you need it. If you are using the router, you have to get a basic Ethernet cable and string it from your router to your PS2 and that's about it, just put in the CD tha came with the Network Adaptor and it's pretty easy to setup your settings. If you don't use the router, you have to have the modem close enough to your PS2 and unhook the Ethernet cord from your computer and plug it in to your PS2 instead. When you want to give the computer access again, just take it out from the PS2 and plug it back into the computer.

BTW, an Ethernet cord is the one that looks like a phone jack at both ends but is a little wider.
