From what Ive read, 2 teams are willing to meet Branch's contract demands but are only willing to give up a 2nd rounder instead of the 1st that the Pats are asking for.

Surely it would be in NE's best interest to move him ASAP before it upsets more applecarts ? Why not take the 2nd round pick and put conditions against it, so it could possibly generate a first round selection or another 2nd or 3rd rounder in another year?
