Who thinks Herm keeps his job at the end of the year?

PS. I know its still to early to say the jets are done but it dosnt look good at all.
Most fans dislike their coach b/c they see his falws more than fans of other teams who don't follow them closely. I have visited an Eagle board where they love Herm and want reid out and yet at our board they want herm out and would love reid. That's just the way things go, unless you are winning Championships fans will not be happy even if you have done a good job like Herm has.
