Is tampering in FA cheating?I see that a few FA sign at the open hours of FA which points that they have been in contact andhave the numbers down with player before the start of FA.
Now if a team sign 2-3 players who play in probowl level for years due to breaking a rule and changing the fortune of the team is this cheating. how come NFL slaps the team that does things? .
