It Official McGahee a RavenHe was traded for a 3rd and 7th in this years draft and a 3rd in Next years. I think very good trade for an AVG Running back

I'm ambivalent. I would have preferred a second, but the 7th this year and another 3rd next year make the deal decent. More importantly, a number of draft "experts" believe that this year's draft isn't too great at the top, but rich in developable talent in rounds 2-4. Let's hope so.
Interesting note: Chris Brown from Buffalobills.com (the reporter not the RB) noted that McGahee will likely be running behind a poorer OL than the Ravens have fielded in recent years. They lost a number of OL to free agency or the salary cap, and Jonathan Ogden is considering retiring. |

Good riddance! I loved McGahee when he came into the league but it didn't take long for me to sour on him. Now what do I do with my replithentic Willis jersey?

Until I saw the next year's 3rd part I was about to say that there's something wrong with Wes Welker bringing in a higher price than McGahee. Still I think the Bills could have done better.

First off, Willis is an above AVG running back. Bills fans know this, just the recent trade or Willis's attitude may have soured them a bit. Willis has talent.
Second, The Bills have no replacement for Willis, they could go the Lynch way, or try and find a running back later in the draft. Or they could try and find a trade partner like Dallas or Carolina for a RB. I will go out and say this right now, barring an injury, Willis will be a beast this year for the Ravens, and the Ravens are a better team for it. Watch out for the Ravens this year.

The Bills I assume w/ sign solid free-agent (Droughns, Rhodes, or C. Brown) and draft a RB in the first 3 rounds to bring along. Or will they draft Defense on the first day like ESPN predicts. (I don't put a lot of stock in Draft Predictions)

Good, the downfall of the Bills just continues. They have no lost 3 of their best 5 players. When Takeo Spikes is moved, it'll be made 4 of 5.

There are plenty of FAs out there who haven't signed with any team, including some big names. IMO, the Bills will re-sign Anthony Thomas and draft a rookie RB, maybe even Marshawn Lynch. |

:rolleyes2 Marv is building a team full of the players he wants, not players the previous organization brings in. And with the position your team is in right now, maybe you should be worrying about their problems? Plenty there to keep you busy... |
