Randy Moss is a longball jump guy which requires 4-5 seconds for Brady, which means Joey P and JT will have already sacked!

Randy Moss doesn't scare me as much as he used to.

I heard the Raiders are willing to part with a third rounder for Moss.

It isn't the pick thats the trouble with Moss. I'm sure if BB and Pioli had a sitdown with him and were convinced he was ready to play teamball, at a hundred percent level, for a chance at contending they would gladly give up #28 for him.

It's the dudes current contract. 10 mil this year, 11 mil next...etc. No way the Pats will take that on and likely Moss would not restructure much.

Anyway, based on all the rumors that Stallworth really wants to play in Miami b/c he has a home there, maybe the 'Fins are working out their offer to Donte... and thus, the Pats are making back-up plans. In my mind, the Pats with either Donte or Randy Moss is not a good thing... especially with Welker as their new slot WR.

Well with regards to stallworth the rumor I heard was that he really wants to play in Philly and if that wasn't possible his second choice was NE. I haven't heard anything about him wanting to play in Miami.

From http://www.nfl.com/nflnetwork/story/10040904

Around the league, there are questions about Stallworth's character. But Stallworth is willing to take a one-year deal with New England, the team he would love to play for if he doesn't return to Philadelphia, to prove his value to the Patriots and around the league.

Stallworth recently talked about how much the Patriots appealed to him, and now New England is giving him a chance to say the same thing to its coaches and front office.

This article was printed on March 5 so where he'll land is anybodies guess at this point.
