Pennington a target

NO! I just saw the headline and hope this is just rediculous talk saying in general pennington could be available...

The dude is selfish, has had 2 major shoulder injuries and has proved nothing to me since he is been in the league. Saban I do not think is open to even bringing this guy in.

Thoughts on Pennington?

No way is he a target. Saban is not, nor will he ever be, that desperate.

yeah he's a target....for defensive players coming around the corner to sack his butt. He reminds me of Bob greise. But maybe a little more fragile.

Selfish? He risked his career playing with a torn rotator cuff , and you call him selfish? He also has a career QB rating of 92. His career might be over , but he is far from selfish. If you notice that whole team is on the verge of mutiny, think maybe management has a small role in the situation?

It's just talk..No way Saban signs Chad. I would rather have a Fiedler or a learning Feeley back on this team then injuried every year Chad.

Pennington was a great QB before his injuries. You have to give him that much. Since then he seems a bit scared to take a hit and his arm just isnt the same. He was throwing up ducks before he got injured again this season. He might get picked up as a backup but i dont ever see him starting for a team again. I doubt Saban is interested. But I am not Saban

Chad will be #1 QB in NFL, for the first week of play at least, he'll get injured in the second game and be out for rest of season ;/.

Chad is a hard worker and gives his all. He was a leader on that team. He is not selfish at all. As much as i hate the jets, i cannot say that about chad.

Is he selfish about not taking a cut? He took a cut to bring in Coles. He is set to make 9 mil and they asked him to cut it to 1 mil..cmon noone would do that.
