The Bills in Toronto would suck plain and simple.

Can we support a team? Depends. The Rogers Center or "Centre" as us Canadians like to spell it would be the third smallest stadium in the NFL. Also, the F'N day cops around here let you walk on the sidewalk with a beer. WTF are you gonna tailgate anyway? There is no space. We can't even support the culture of an NFL team, why go any further.

What makes you think they wouldn't build a new stadium? Got 5 years to do it now and they got very very rich backers.

I think the Bills moving to Buffalo is inevitable. Buffalo is a dying city, and a move to Toronto would skyrocket the franchise's revenue. This one game a year thing is not because Ralph Wilson likes Canada, it is because his team is failing financially in Buffalo and needs help from another area.

I think this one game a year over the next five years is the first step in moving the team. Sure they could rent a Mayflower truck and move tonight, but that would upset all the current fans in Buffalo. By slowing moving the team over the next five years, not only would you get new fans in Toronto, you may be able to keep a portion of the fans in Buffalo.

The signs are there, and unless something drastic happens, Toronto will be the new home of the Bills by 2013. Though most likely, they won't be the Bills anymore. Wouldn't make sense. It will be like when the Oilers moves to Tennessee and became the Titans or when the Browns moved to Baltimore and became the Ravens.

I vote to move all of the 'other' AFC East teams to other countries but, if given a choice, I'd opt to move them to sub-Saharan continent of Africa or someplace just as inhospitable.

This "little stunt" by the bills is nothing more than a ca$h grab! And and everyone here in T.O knows it.8-games over 5 years (and 3 of 'em are preseason) is just a dying owner with a dying city going for one last score. We've already got the NBA,MLB and of course the NHL,and we'll eventually get our own NFL team with or without the city of Buffalo's blessing! This market is way to big for the NFL to keep ignoring. The NBA or MLB haven't changed because of Canadian teams and the NFL won't either.

If you want to kill the atmosphere, have fans doing business instead of caring what's going on the field,no tailgating, even higher prices for everything from parking to hotdogs it's a great idea.Otherwise it's a better idea to keep it in Buffalo,it's not like they can't make any money where they are maybe it's just not "enough" for poor Ralph. It truely would be a mistake bringing them here to Canada. The NFL would do well here but it's not a "religion" (and I mean without the passion that Americans have for this great sport )here, why change what's a great product in the USA just for a few more dollars.

I wonder how the fans up there are reacting

I am alive and well in Bills Land!!! my friends that are Bills fans do not like the aspect of playing games in Canada. they understand they are trying to obtain more fans and revenue from the northern country, but the Bills are from Buffalo. This is where they ened to thrive. Kelly and other palyers have moved up in Buffalo to help keep the Bills in Buffalo. My friends said if Buffalo relocated to Canada (Toronto) they would become Giants fans.

think how sad it would be... NFL without the Buffalo Bills. i hate them ever so, but would hate the fact of them completely gone more than anything. Tradition, history, rivalry

There just isn't enough real estate. Check out google maps ore virtual earth. Unless the stadium is located somewhere in the burbs, I dont see it happening. They would more than likely try to retrofit the Rogers Centre to try to accomodate an additional 10-15K people. Even then, we dont have the parking space to tailgate, unless it is done in various pockets of the downtown district.

Still, I do not want to see an NFL team here. It just wouldn't feel right. I think we wouldn't welcome the priveledge as compared to other cities in the States. Sure, us Canadians LOVE the NFL, and would fill the stadium every week, but to many, it would be a novelty, just another Toronto team to support.

I don't know, I may change my mind, but I doubt it. At least if the Bills move to Toronto, the AFC East won't get messed up. What would happen if the Bills move to LA?

Thanks for the info. Do you have a link?

I live 5 mins away from Woodbine, that would be interesting. A nice casino plus an NFL venue. Damn.

If the Buffalo Bills were to move anywhere, the name, and colors stay with Buffalo. The team would have a new name, and color scheme in the new location.

Are you seriously from the area cause that's highly ignorant. Every cable company across Canada offers the Sunday Ticket and it sells well. 1/4th of Buffalo's home games are attended by Canadians already. There's plenty of land options for those that don't have limited imaginations.

My family alone based in Hamilton has 2 Bills fans, 3 Miami fans, a Titan fan, a Steelers fan, a Chicago fan and a K.C. fan. That's just my dad's side of the family. Toronto's also a top 15 t.v. market in North America and would get added coverage from all those time zone cable packages.

My only issue would be that it's the Bills

The NFL needs to look back to that Monday night game against the Bills and get a look at the bleechers. I hate the Bills and their fans, but they love their team and moving them would be a bad thing for the NFL IMO.
