I need help on my starting line ups

I'm in dire need of advice from my fellow FINFANS.
The league i'm in, i am the defending champ and so far undefeated (8 teams in league ). We have two divison with four teams each. I lead my divison at 2-0 ,1-1, 0-2 ,0-2 my divison.
My opponent(he is also a dolphin fan too.) this week also leads his divison at 2-0,1-1,1-1,1-1.
All teams play out of divison this week so this is kind of a big game for me and him.Cause the winners is un defeated.

So here my roster
qb Garcia or (this is one i need help with)
Vick
rb set with
Antwana Smith and
Stephen Davis
wr (here i need a litte help i have 2 wr pick to start i need one more)here are my chocies.
T.Owens 1 starter
A.Toomer 2starter
need 1 from these
Kevin Johnson, Kevin Dyson, or Dwayne Bates.
and def cleveland or dallas.

Vick should do better against Cinnci def than Garcia against Wash but its still a coin toss.
Smith
Davis
Owens
Toomer
Johnson is a much better option hes the only #1wr out of those 3.
Cleveland i think Philly is gonna light up Dallas

Garcia (he is a must start any week unless something goes terribly wrong, you don't bench a guy like Garcia)
