Need Help With This Trade...

Alright, I offered Clinton Portis and Alge Crumpler for Randy McMichael and Torry Holt.
Who would end up with the steal? It's really hard for me to figure this out so i thought i would ask my fellow fins.

PS: The team that I offered the trade to is an arizona fan and has leonard Pope starting TE instead of McMichael

It depends how much time Portis misses IMO

Torry Holt will be a solid to above average fantasy WR and Alge will put up solid numbers.

Portis stock is hurt IMO by the addition of Duckett, even if Portis is healthy Duckett will get some touches and TD's

Assuming you make the trade who are your other 2 backs?

I wouldnt do the trade because I dont think you have a #2 guy good enough to just plug in there, Gore might be that guy but who knows.

Id stick with what you have

At this point, Portis is still too valuable to trade for Holt. Of course, you never know w/ the injury, but he has too much upside to give up.

Just trade crumpler for Mcmike if you really want him. The other guy is still making out better but you're giving up less.

This is the problem though, Portis MIGHT be too valuable now, but what happens in a few weeks when he STILL has a lingering shoulder injury or re-injurs it? Then he pretty much has NO value and no one will trade for him.

This is the problem the OP has. What are your starting WRs? If Portis cant go, Jackson and Gore arent bad starters at RB. How are you at WR?
