Im also looking to Pick up a some Running backs and if needed a better Tight end

I'd say right off the bat you have some question marks. Like is Turner going to be able to produce as a full time back? Was Derek Anderson for real? And how hurt is he? I like the recievers, Moss/TJ Housh is very good. At tight end, Ben Watson will get about 30-40 catches and about 5 TDS, but he's the 3rd-4th option.

Not a bad team as originally picked. You've weakened your team with trades. I would've kept Bulger over Garrard (drop Garrard and pick up Warner). And you were better off with Turner and Ginn.

Don't mess with the TE's. Ben Watson is still good and the Texans will lean on Owen Daniels to supplement a running game that has injury-prone RBs (A. Green and C. Brown both nicked up).

Leave the TE's alone and work on correcting the mistake you made in trading Turner. That's your first priority.

Your only strength is at WR. You should be fine at TE, but why you'd give up Turner and Ginn for an old Isaac Bruce and a hobbled TJ is beyond me. TJ should be ok, but hamstring injuries are tricky.
You better hope that Maurice Jones Drew is down for some time so Fred T can be labelled starter.

In a 16 teams league you are ok, but assuming it is a 12 teamer I'd give you a C-.

WR - very good with Moss, TJ (assuming healthy) and Jennings. Evans and Bowe add nice depth. Hopefully it is a start 3WR league.

RB - MB III is a top 10 with a shot at top 5 RB, Taylor is a year older and MJD is stealing more carries and all the goal line work, ok as an RB3 or RB4 but shouldn't be starting on a fantasy team.

QB - Personal feeling Anderson takes a major step back this year, Gerrard or Bulger are about the same and decent backups.

TE - Owens should be your starter over Watson

K - Solid

Def/ST - Nice but you probably drafted them too early.
