So did I. The guy really wasn't a second rounder untill the combines. Then again, you could say the same thing about Ronnie Brown's stock and how it just rose off the charts because of the combine.

If he ever gets a chance to play, I hope he can prove me wrong. I still believe in Beck and I think Beck has all the tools to be a great quarterback. Hard not to root for a guy that has put so much work in the offseason just to get better.

Hopefully, we don't give up too early on him either. I'd hate to be the team that let's him go to another team and then he turns it around like Brees' did with San Diego in his fourth year.

Still though, after so many years without a franchise quarterback, it doesn't hurt to have another prospect that also has the tools to be a franchise QB. Though I still see a little Rex Grossman in Henne.
