First off I just want to acknowledge that I may have come off as a bit of a "jerk" in my short time here. For that I apologize and I'd like to take the time to do something to make up for it. I spent the better part of my day trying to think of ways to show you how sorry I was for taking up all of your precious and very valuable time with my sarcastic remarks and posts that were only meant to inflame and I think I finally found a way to make it better.

I'm going to adopt a child.

You've seen all of those commercials on TV for the Christian Childrens Fund where you send 39 cents a day to help a child in need and they send you his picture and updates, well that's what I'm going to do! Infact, I already did! I sent my 39 cents with the caveat that I could adopt the child of my choice. So I hand picked FinHeaven's own TitoMexico.

I can't begin to tell you how satisfying it is to make a difference to such a poor poor poor mexican child. Just knowing that my 39 cents a day will buy him new clothes, food and some head lice shampoo fills me with a sense of accomplishment. I am making a difference in little Tito's life and for that he won't grow up to be one of those guys that sells beads on the beach to American tourists.

I received my first correspondence from little Tito and he even sent me his picture.

many thanks for sending me 39 cents today, I have never seen such lots of money before. My mama and papa are so proud that I didn't have to do any acts of sexy time in order to get it. Once again I like to thank you for sending me money. I must stop writing now because the sun is going down and I have to smuggle twelve of my cousins into your country. Pedro is already filling the balloons and the rest are trying to swallow them now. Poor little Angelina is holding her stomach but we don't want her to lay down because the cockroaches will run away with her again. I'll write to you soon.
