Personally, I think RW should be mandated to do charity work in and around Miami until his debt is paid off, or heis back on a team, at which point the debt should be paid in full, in cash. I wouldn't accept a check from him right now. It might bounce.

We need to let Ricky go, but before we do, we need to get every penny he owes us back first. I would also like to see the team get damages from him; after all he effected our cap for a couple of years and prevented the team from going after new talent.

A harsh example needs to be made out of Ricky, so that it will send a clear and very loud message to all these other retards out there.
