Thanks Dolphan39 for the history link. Your links have always been helpful to me.
The "Settlement Agreement" is definitely referenced in the CBA for some technical procedures and "The provisions of the Stipulation and Settlement Agreement, as amended, in White v. NFL, No. 4-92-906 (D. Minn.) ("Settlement Agreement"), shall supersede any conflicting provisions of this Agreement." No I don't think it's included as I have looked and checked each appendix listed. |
