Ah, Animal jr, just like this dad, he is a tough road warrior, and I would love it if we were able to pick him up for the middle, but I really think Miami is going to have a much better then expected season, and will have no shot at taking him.

From what I see now I'd love to have Cushings or Crabtree. My preference would be for a franchise QB, but I just don't see one unless Stafford develops.

OK ... here's why this thread is retarded:

"The draft order in this mock draft was determined by calculated judgment on how I believe the teams will fair this season."

Seriously?

Why in the hell would you even bother with something like this yet?

We definitely need CB, WR or ILB. My favorite is Darius Heyward-Bey WR from Maryland. I know Crabtree is the top receiver but hopefully we won't be picking high enough to get him. Malcolm Jenkins would be great too. Does Ohio State run a 4-3 or 3-4 because I wonder if James Laurinaitis would be a good fit for our 3-4?

Was reading another MB and found a 2009 Mock.....already. Yeah, it's crazy, but thought it was a little interesting. It has us drafting 6th (woot not #1) and taking........Chris Wells, RB The Ohio State University. Hmmmmm. It also has Tebow being drafted #1 overall. Hmmmmm.

If we pass on Rey Maualuga, LB, USC, and take Chris Wells, I will turn in my lifetime Dolphin's fan card and root for the Jets.

lock it up and put it in the bank...if Ronnie doeant show something this year,Chris Wells will be targeted....

but,if Ronnie does show promise,I expect in this EXACT order:

Michael Crabtree,WR,Texas Tech
James Laurinaitis,MLB,Ohio State
Malcon Jenkins,CB,Ohio State
Vontae Davis,CB,Illionois
Rey Maualuga,MLB,USC
Michael Johnson,DE,Georgia Tech

There's a number of guys I'll have my eye on this year. WR Michael Crabtree, S Taylor Mays, DE Michael Johnson, CB Vontae Davis, CB Malcolm Jenkins, LB Rey Maualuga, and LB James Laurinaitis

ahhh I knew I was forgeting someone...Mays is 6'4",218 out of USC...he is linebacker size and hits just like one...its would be awesome to get him,but lets so what he is this season before I jump to far...I will say this though,if he plays the better than anyone else in the country, were talknig about a top 5-10 pick...and thats right up our ally(hopefully)

I was surprised nobody had mentioned Mays. LB size, LB power, yet he has amazing speed. That's a Bill Parcells type of player.

I would like to see us get either Jenkins or Crabtree. CB and Wr were two postions were really did adress in this past draft, so i think we will spend a few picks on those positions in next years draft. I do like the way we did draft this year in getting bigger and stronger on both sides of the lines!

I'm going to take some heat for this, but I don't think James Laurinaitis is the best LB on his team. I think Marcus Freeman is better.
