Declare for Draft?

Can someone tell me the the last day (date) that juniors/seniors can declare for the draft?

I think it is somewhere during the 2nd week in January but don't quote me on that.

January 13th, then they have until the 16th or 17th to withdraw their name if they change their mind over the weekend.
