New CBA has cap for rookies?

Will the new CPA have a cap that rookies can make? I heard that this idea was being passed around awile back. It would stop the enivetable hold out that first round picks(see Brown) do. Anyone heard anything?

There is already a "rookie cap" which is the totally amount of cap space a team can give to the draft choices in year 1 of their deals....I read that the new CBA will put limits on contract length...I do not know if they will lower the rookie pools that would divert more cap space...er.....money...to the vets

    Because they have agents
Because they the rookie cap is only for the first year
Because they "Have acomplished so much"
Because they believe they are soldiers
Because 2nd round picks dont want 6 year contracts(patriots)
Because a RB is not as valued as a QB, but the player only see's the money
Because there are mo "set contracts" based on where they are drafted.
Because they believe they can step right in and succeed
Because they dont like their team
    etc.............

I'd support a hard cap for rookies. Enough of this crap by year three you'll have proven whether or not your a player, backup, or scrub.
