Question for Clump or any other Cap 'Gurus'

It has been reported that the new CBA calls for a $40k across the board increase in minimum salary. Is this effective immediately for all club contracts existing prior to the agreement of the new CBA or only for the contracts signed after the fact? Thanks.

as far as I know...yes....eventually, you will see this reflected in the salaries posted at NFLPA....it will be of minimal cap impact because most players do not make the minimum salaries
