Gram, I can totally relate with you on your statement about losing the love of the game by having to police the forum.. I don't read as many posts as you do.. nor do I have to get in the middle and act like a referee, but... because some of the battles I have been involved in and because of some of the moronic actions of other "Dolfans.." it has left me less that interested in staying up to date on the all the latest news..
On the flip side... I know I will be keeping an ear to the media come draft time and I am also certain I will feel the excitement once again when training camp rolls around, but having to lose the love and passion because a few of our "brothers" acting like premodonna's and jerks just plain sucks..

Tips? Just one, let the little things go. Do your best to let people work their problems out, without stepping in, and only step in when you really have to. It will be a judgment call on your part, but you should be able to realize exactly when you need to "slap some hands"
