Go to userCP, the click edit profile. In the signature spaec, you need to use the image tags around the url of the picture...
like this [ img ]http://www.wherethepictureis.jpg[ /img]
only without the spaces...and of course substituting the address of the real pic for "wherethepictureis.jpg"....
