you will have 18 million [not counting the rookie pool] appx with 40 players on rooster.
sameul is going to be 14 million siging bonus range , briggs is going be 8 million signing bonus range....then add their salary. so you will have 42 players and not even the 53 for rooster minium....

After all the cuts (Booker $3.1mil, Mckinney $4mil, Anderson $2mil, Harrington $2mil, James $2mil) I have us with near $25mil. And with a few restructures...$30mil.

There will be alot more cap room soon. Harrington, James, Anderson, McKinney, Carter, and Wilkinson should all be cut. Try to trade Booker, Chambers, and Mcmichael. If there are no offers for Booker, cut him. Taylor and Thomas will restructure and Chambers will if he's not traded.
