As you know, I'm a Bills fan. I moderate the Salary Cap forum on BBI. I would like a link or any info on the Fins cap situation for an article I'm writing about the AFC East. This is a serious article, no BS. If someone would want to help write the Fins part, that's fine with me.....BUT I get to edit. I'm very well versed on the salary cap.....so anytime anybody has a question.....leave me a PM and I'll try to help out
