If you closed one eye and squinted out the other, it almost looked like the Canes were playing football.
You mean last week? I didn't see the canes playing at all today. I did see them getting their butts handed to them tho.

I didn't see them play that well last week either.

Not sure what everyone else saw.

Both the Dolphins and Canes this year is going to be like getting hit in the balls intentionally...

Kansas State seemed almost bored, and certainly didn't play its best game. Klein looked like he was choosing between 7 yards on read one or 9 yards on read two. We lined up in consistent wide splits and didn't vary or mask anything, let alone any attempt to disrupt. I've followed the Canes for 40+ years and after two games this is the most passive and vulnerable defense I can remember. We need to petition for 14 defenders. At this point it resembles 8.

Fisch was even more pathetic. He invents demons. Morris has very little touch, which limits our permutations, but against a moderate defense like Kansas State there's no reason basic power sets mixed with play action downfield darts couldn't have put up 24+.

On another site last week I posted that it was bizarre we hadn't been blown out in Golden's tenure, given the glaring weaknesses. This result was a natural regression to the mean but I hoped we'd see evidence of a smarter and more physical Canes team this season.

One wag suggested that the NCAA may take pity and leave us alone.

Still, I have tickets to Bethune and will probably be there. Can't get enough of that exciting venue, especially at noon and in mid September.

We are a very bad football team. That's all I need to say.

I don't know what type of offense Louisville runs since I don't watch any of their games, but if it's a pro style offense, Bridgewater will never be more than mediocre. He's just not a fit in that offense whatsoever, and it would of made no sense for Golden to recruit him. He might no be so bad if they run a spread, but certainly not a QB that's ever going to take a program to the next level. He might have slightly better physical tools than Jacory, but the bad decision making is certainly there. He's also by no means the dual threat QB some people made him out to be for obvious reasons.
I think you guys would gladly take Teddy now, considering he has shown none of these things in 3 games this season. As matter of fact he has been the exact opposite of all of these things. He's running the WCO, throwing the ball down field, with an over 80% completion rate and no INTs. He is very, very sound.

Sorry I had to bring this back on you since all if it was completely incorrect.
