    Roster question

    Here's what I have:

    QB Bledsoe, Drew (QB-Buf)
    WR Moss, Randy (WR-Min
    WR Moulds, Eric (WR-Buf)
    RB Barber, Tiki (RB-NYG)
    RB Taylor, Fred (RB-Jac
    TE Shockey, Jeremy (TE-NYG)
    WR/TE Porter, Jerry (WR-Oak)
    WR/RB Dillon, Corey (RB-Cin)
    WR/RB Mack, Stacey (RB-Hou)
    Bench Smith, Onterrio (RB-Min)
    Bench Rogers, Charles (WR-Det)
    Bench Dunn, Warrick (RB-Atl)
    Bench Buckhalter, Correll (RB-Phi)
    Bench Hilliard, Ike (WR-NYG)
    Bench Kitna, Jon (QB-Cin)
    K Akers, David (K-Phi)
    DEF New York (DEF-NYG)

I drafted Vick first, then traded him for Dillon and Moulds (which I think was a steal!) I also traded William Green, Andre Johnson, and Doug Jolley for Ike Hilliard and Fred Taylor. I think that O. Smith and C. Buckhalter will be starting for their prospective teams, so I was able to pick them up on waiver wire.

My question is: What else do I need to do to improve? Should I waive Hilliard and pick up Darrius Thompson? Should I drop Kitna in favor of Stewart?

Thanks in advance for the help!

Obviously, im not trying to be biased or anything but i think Hilliard is more valuable than Darrius Thompson. Isn't he (Derrius) Miami's 3rd WR? and Ricky here is the workhorse of the offense... Hilliard is the no.2 WR in NY and if he stays healthy, he's gonna put up great numbers.. teams will double team Toomer and a safety will always stay with Shockey which results in many 1 on 1 situations for Hilliard.. the only problem with him is his injury problem..But since he's on your bench, i think he's worth the gamble cuz he could deffinately emerge as a stud and take over Jerry Porter or stacey Mack's position on your starting lineup.

    JMHO.

Thanks - Typical Bill. Actually, I found a crazy guy to trade Aaron Brooks to me for Bledsoe and Buckhalter (I convinced him that Buckhalter will be the starter, and he has Staley on his roster.) I think I made out like a bandit on this trade... So I was still able to pick up Thompson and keep Hilliard.

It's SO much fun to be in a leage where people are homers and don't know that much about football, especially with the grand prize that goes to the winner. Personally, I think my team is stacked. Any team with Dillon as a third string running back should be pretty good.

Yup, i like your team a lot actually... you're deep at the skill positions and wont face trouble if one of your starters goes down (knocking on wood)

lol .... and your other positions are solid.. i think you've already guaranteed your spot in the playoffs but thats when luck starts to play a bigger role.

    Anyway, G'luck with your team!

ive got another league that im gonna post in a bit where im deep at virtually every position.
