Looks pretty good to me - how many teams are in your league?
I really don't see any weaknesses here.
Pretty darn solid. The only weakness could be New Orleans team D. But I wouldn't sweat it.

11 team league. No TE's, we have a WR/TE slot...
I know this type of league at yahoo. I played it last year and won.
On the defense you look for tacklers. you are covered with Z. Thomas and Roy Williams (although S. Knight would have been better). But you need to drop Rice and Peppers for some linebackers. I believe you can play linebackers at the DT position. Just check the stats last year for total tackles.
Middle linebackers and free safeties generally have the most.
