    Yea base wars was cool a long time ago. Then I got hooked on SuperBaseball 2020 for Sega.

    Tecmo Super Bowl was the best, I could play that game all day long. Rod Woodson was so freakin fast on that game, that one time on a kickoff, i ran down with him and tackled the dude before he got out of the endzone for a safety, lol.

    How could no one mention Mortal Kombat? Mortal Kombat 3 was the ****. The Super Mario games were great as well. If it is N64 games we're talking, Goldeneye is the greatest game ever. Too bad Microsoft couldn't get the deal done to bring that to the Arcade

    Because the OP is refering to the original NES(Nintendo Entertainment System), the one released in the 80s before Mortal Kombat or N64 were created.

    The very first Tecmo Bowl game was hilarious in the sense that every pass that was thrown was either caught or intercepted. There was never an incomplete pass.

    I loved Tecmo Bowl. My friends and I used to have drunken TB tournaments. What a blast. I still have TB SB3 for Super Nintendo. My son and I play it occasionally.
