Great way to conserve water

Not my idea, but it's so simple and I guess it takes conditions where water becomes precious to make you think of solutions. Take a bucket with you to the shower. While the water is getting hot, let it spray into the bucket, then put the bucket in front of you. By the time you've finished, it'll be almost half-full. Use the water in the bucket for flushing.

i found the best way is to shower with my wife!

we have a circulation pump, so when you turn on the water, its already hot. we had that installed because the winters get pretty cold here and stepping into a cold shower is the pitts. besides it saves water too.

Since when is there a water shortage?? Isnt 3/4 of the earth still covered by water?
