The only team they haven't faced from the AFC(and that includes Seattle when they were in the AFC) is the texans as neither Houston or Miami has played in a postseason game since Houston came into the league in 2002 so there hasn't been a chance for that matchup yet.
As far as who they played the most? I would guess Pitt, Oak and Buf?
That's an interesting question, I didn't realize that the Jets have played nearly every AFC team as well w/ the exceptions being the Texans and the Ravens.

As for which teams they have faced the most, they have played the Bills, Chargers and Raiders four times each.
