Baptism Of Holocaust Victims Sparks Anger

Holocaust survivors are trying to negotiate with the Mormon church over posthumous baptisms of Jews killed in Nazi concentration camps, saying the church has repeatedly violated a 13-year-old agreement barring the practice.

Mark this thread when the next discussion comes up about what constitutes a Christian Church and what does not.

    Baptism of dead people. Unbelievable!

Players come and go, but I will always be a Miami Dolphins Fan first and foremost.

Mormonism is really weird. Among the dead to be baptized in the past are Joan of Arc, Adolf Hitler, Ghengis Khan, Josef Stalin and Buddha.

I am definitely not Mormon, but I find it to be such a fascinating belief system. I am not commenting on the people. The one's I know are just like you and me.

I say this having spoken to Mormon's about it and they tend to agree, if you took all the religions and had to choose the one that would make the best Sci Fi movie, it would be Mormonism.

Best sci fi movie would have to be Scientology.

They already tried that. Battlefield Earth. There are some movies that are so bad they are funny, but Battlefield Earth is beyond that.

I liked Battlefield Earth. I thought that John Travolta was a really good villain.

Anyway, to the subject at hand, this is desecration.
