Need someone to make me a sig

I won a bet over in my Madden league when I picked the Dolphins to beat his Broncos. It was a sig bet and the loser had to wear the sig proudly for a year.

I'm not the best at Photoshop and I know from what I've seen on here that some guys have some real gifts when it comes to Photoshop. So the question is, can someone make me a "trash talking" sig. It can be anything, Just be Creative as possible.

You can have Brandon Marshall with a Mcdonald's bag over his head or Jay Cutler with his insulin. Anything goes!!!!
