both great westerns - but not even in the same sentence as tombstone. silverado was a little to corny to me - in every sense of the word. good movie but just a bit much. unforgiven was amazing - but so non traditional. the whole sensitive cowboy thing only goes so far.

if i had to rank my favorite westerns - it would go:

    1. tombstone
    2. 2 mules for sister sara
    3. the magnificent seven
    4. the gunfighter
    5. the outlaw josey wales

the good, the bad, and the ugly, the wild bunch, and unforgiven get honorable mentions.

fav quote from josey wales is " mister dont piss on my leg and tell me its not raining" i believe that is how john vernon said it

    LOVE Tombstone:

    "My hypocrisy knows no bounds"

    "What does he need?"
    "Revenge"
    "For what?"
    "Being Born."
