I would love to know how you get the stripes on the pants. The rest of the uniform I can figure out. But to get those stripes on there is, in my opinion, impressive.

i dont know how other do it but i found it easiest to find a strip on another picture somewhat close to the one you need for your pick. the i cut pieces of it and rotate the pieces a bit to fit the curve of the leg and i darken it or lighten it a bit depending on if your leg has a shadow or not on it
